Where are your featured artists from?

We are honored to get the opportunity to represent many artists near and far. Each artist has incredible backstory and ties with The Jewel. Jan Daggett, is the resident artist and has been designing jewelry for 40 years. Central Oregon and Oregon artists abound and have wonderful ways of incorporating the beautiful scenery around us into their jewelry. Artists from Arizona or New Mexico, the East Coast and even Israel are well loved by our regular customers and fellow Oregonians.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day exchange period. Assuming there is an issue with your item or you changed your mind you can return your item to us and we will credit you the same amount in your name which will never expire and may be used towards any other item(s) in the store.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Jan Daggett does offer custom jewelry designs. Feel free to call the store (541) 549-9388 to set up an appointment. We do ask for a $350 nonrefundable design consultation deposit which will be put towards your item. And feel free to stop in at any time and talk to our sales ladies to see Jan’s other designs and get a feel for the item you might want to create. You can also check out her gallery to see past items and designs of Jan’s.

Do you offer jewelry repairs?

As of this point in time, we are able to offer jewelry repairs. Local jeweler Bryan Brown has a studio a block away whom we welcome you to take your jewelry directly too. Brown’s studio is located at 220 S. Ash St., Suite B, upstairs in the Three Creeks building. Visitors are welcome during business hours. We do have an in-house jeweler, Rita MacDonald who can offer jewelry repairs, but our current estimate for having repairs done can be 6-8 weeks.
