Purchasing Methods

We offer free in-store pickup or USPS shipping as standard shipping. All items will be shipped with insurance, and require a signature due to the valuable nature of the items. Most items are shipped in a small priority mail box, insured, signature required. Items which are larger and require custom packaging are still shipped priority with insurance and signature required. We do offer Priority Express for most pieces, please keep in mind USPS states 1-3 days for this type of package, and it is leaving a small town in the mountains- nothing moves fast here!

We may alternate to FedEx or UPS when the cost and security of the item being shipped is the best option. We will contact you in the event of any shipping variations.

Large items purchased along with smaller items may be shipped in separate packages. We will forward both tracking numbers as they become available.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a No Refunds policy, but would be happy to provide an exchange for any product that qualifies.  All regular-priced merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.  All sale-priced merchandise purchases are final.  Any damages or shortages must be claimed within 48 hours of receiving your package. Shipping via US postal service MUST be sent to our PO Box in town- we DO NOT receive mail service at our physical location.
